At Rain Luster, we stand behind every part we sell. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, our return and refund policy ensures a fair and efficient process designed around your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be requested within 14 days of delivery

• Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

• Be returned with all packaging, manuals, and labels intact

• Include a valid order number or receipt

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Installed or modified parts

• Electrical components

• Items marked as “Final Sale”

• Tools or accessories that show usage

Return Process
To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with detailed return instructions.

Unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked courier service.

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return:

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation

• You’ll be notified by email when your refund has been initiated

Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item or something damaged in transit? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that window, we may have already processed the item for shipment.

Exchanges
We do not currently support automatic exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
